With over 25 years of food processing, process improvement, and upcycling experience, I take a consultative role to understand your business operations so that byproducts might be upcycled or handled in a sustainable regenerative way.I approach each interaction with a set of guiding principles: true understanding based on experience, approaching opportunities with a unique perspective, projects must be based with real-world challenges and solutions in mind, a productive working relationship is based on diligent effort, and the truth that my reputation rests with those I work for.

I am proud to be on the board of The Brass Tacks Initiative. BTI’s focus is collaboration and education around food waste and sustainability – “down to the brass tacks” of getting the work done and making a difference. I believe that it is easy to become bogged down in sustainability theory and frozen while debating what constitutes the highest echelon of regenerative solutions. At the same time, known practices are often overlooked or not pursued due to lack of operational knowhow. We want to encourage and educate individuals and businesses to adopt widely accepted practices, helping as needed along the way. Sustainability. Regeneration. Stewardship. Based in New Prague, MN The Well offers a safe space for teens to connect and grow with friends and mentors. After school drop-ins, homework help, life skills, homecooked meals, and the love of God is shown to students at locations all over Scott County. This work is done by an amazing group of people vested in teen’s lives and helping them find hope. The Well uses wonderful programming provided by Minnesota-based Treehouse.
